These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aura Pulse website (“Site”) and any digital guides offered through it. By using the Site or purchasing content, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not access the Site or make any purchases.
1. Content Purpose & Limitations
All materials, including articles, suggestions and digital guides, are provided exclusively for general lifestyle inspiration and personal enjoyment. They are not intended as, and should never be interpreted as, professional, medical, nutritional, therapeutic or health-related advice. We are not healthcare providers and do not offer diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any condition.
2. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the Site and any purchased digital guides solely for your private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.
3. Digital Guides – Purchase & Delivery
After successful payment, you receive a personal license to access the purchased digital guide(s). Access is delivered digitally (via secure link, file or instructions) typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation. This license is non-transferable and for your personal use only.
4. Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy
All prices are in Peruvian Soles (PEN). Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Once digital access has been delivered, sales are considered final.
Refunds: Available only within 7 calendar days from purchase date and only if no part of the guide has been accessed, downloaded or viewed. Requests must be submitted via the contact details on the Site. No refunds after access is granted, after 7 days, or for change of mind following delivery.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aura Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or digital guides.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lima, Peru.
